ALMIR PATHIRI WITH CHICKEN CURRY

For Pathiri:

For Chicken Curry:

  1. Chicken pieces (bone-in or boneless)
  2. Oil

To prepare a delicious meal of Chicken Curry with Almir Pathiri, begin by making the Pathiri. In a mixing bowl, combine the Almir Pathiri Mix with water according to the package instructions. Stir well until a smooth dough forms, ensuring there are no lumps. Allow the dough to rest for a few minutes to ensure it’s pliable and easy to work with. Once rested, divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin, round disc using a rolling pin or by pressing it between your palms. Cook the pathiris on a hot griddle or tawa until they are cooked through and have light brown spots on both sides. Set the cooked pathiris aside while you prepare the Chicken Curry.

For the Chicken Curry, heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, slit green chilies, and curry leaves.
